Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Femme Bio website and diagnostic services operated by Femme Bio ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Professional Use Only

Our services are intended solely for use by healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and research institutions ("Clients"). By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified healthcare provider or authorized representative of a medical institution.

2. Diagnostic Services

Femme Bio provides molecular diagnostic testing services (V-Biome, Endobiome, Endometrial Inflammation Test).

• No Medical Advice: Our reports provide laboratory data and scientific interpretation. They do not constitute a medical diagnosis or treatment plan. The treating physician is solely responsible for patient diagnosis and management decisions.
• Sample Quality: The accuracy of results depends on the quality of the sample provided. We reserve the right to reject samples that do not meet our quality criteria.

3. Accounts and Security

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding data provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Femme Bio and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Estonia and foreign countries.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Femme Bio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
